When was the last time you really, really looked in the mirror.

The mirror has a strange effect on people, it will make them stand and gaze and it will make them back up and take a second look. We all want to feel that we are presentable to the world where ever we are; but being physically presentable is not exactly what I'm talking about in this section. It's more about looking at the person in the mirror and knowing that we have done the right thing in life. More specifically; knowing that we are standing on the right side of God - the right side of God is the "saved" and "santified" side. You know what I mean.... living daily like this is the day you may be face to face with your creator in the judgement.looking at the man in the mirror

The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 13:5Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? that we should examine ourselves to see whether we are in the faith. It tells us to prove ourselves and know for ourself that Jesus is in us; otherwise we would be a reprobate. When we stand and gaze into the mirror to see ourselves as others see us, take time to try to look at yourself like Jesus sees you - look inside at the spiritual man so you will know for yourself that you have done the right thing. You know what the real kicker is about this verse in the Bible - probably 99% of the chruch, the professing Christians in the US need to read it closely and let it get a grip on their heart; and then we may be able to see an improvement in the world around us.
