What was it like at the beginning - big bang or divine knowledge

When the statement is made, "millions and millions of years ago"; it conjures up in the beginning Godthe thought in peoples mind - I have no idea what happened that long ago so I will have to listen to someone who has a "title" along with their name. And that someone is usually a very educated scientist of some sort. You know what, they don't know what happened millions and millions of years ago either. The Word of God is very clear on what it was like in the beginning.

The Bible tells us in John 1:1,4John 1:1 -  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  2 The same was in the beginning with God.  3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.; in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things was made by him and without him was not any thing made that was  made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. That makes it mighty simple, even for a phd to understand. In the beginning it was all God and then he made all that our eyes see...  just look at the verse, he even created life because in him, and only in him was life that could be created. We don't have to wonder or ponder about what took place millions and millions of years ago - if we could go back that far; we would find that God was there, as he was somewhere around 6000 years ago when he spoke the world into existence and created all the life that lives on it. Who would you trust, the concepts of men whose knowledge is finite, or the truths of God whose knowledge is infinite.
